Data Processing Policy

1. Roles

Ventri acts as a Data Controller for user accounts and a Data Processor for business data.

2. Data Processed

Business records, identity data, uploaded files, and system logs.

3. Sub-Processors

• Supabase (database & storage)
• Paystack (payments)

4. Retention

Data is retained only as long as necessary. Deleting your account removes associated data unless legally required.
